Beauveria Bassiana ~ Biological EnDophyte and plant symbiont
Rock Dust Local is pleased to offer this high performance, naturally occurring endophyte fungus in dormant spore. This inoculant is used as a soil plant enhancer and seed coating/lubricant.

Biological Seed Treatment
Soil and Plant Enhancer (SPE-120) with active ingredient Beauveria bassiana, is a natural, symbiotic fungus that lives in the soil, roots, stems, and leaves. JABB strains are isolated from plants, for plants. As the plants grows, the symbiotic endophyte in SPE-120 grows with it. SPE-120 is approved for organic production.
SPE-120 is applied as an inoculant at planting with no target disease or insect specified. There is no singular mode of action, rather a response to plant activity favoring its host. Once the plant germinates, SPE-120 becomes a symbiotic endophyte within the plant that works with plant cells, other beneficial organisms, and the surrounding agro-ecosystem. This symbiotic partnership elevates the plant’s natural ability to resist pathogens and stressors, ultimately improving plant health, quality, and yields.
Direct contact with seed is preferred to assure plant entry at germination. Applied on, under, or atop of seed allows SPE-120 competitive preference to initial plant roots where it becomes a symbiotic endophyte within the plant.

Actinovate Soluble powderActinovate Soluble Powder (SP) is a biological fungicide with active ingredient Streptomyces lydicus. For organic control of Powdery Mildew, Downy Mildew, Botrytis, Fusarium and other difficult to control diseases in greenhouse, ornamentals, landscape soil, bulbs, corms, tubers. Apply as a foliar spray, soil drench, flood or drip irrigation, or root soak. Can also be used in hydroponics. General application rates are from 4-6 oz. per acre or 1 tsp. per gallon of water for smaller applications following the directions on the label for the specific end use. Ships in an 18 oz. package. Bioremedy multispecies inoculantBio-Remedy is a unique formulation of beneficial microbes for nutrient solubilization, pant growth promoting Rhizo-Bacteria, free living nitrogen fixing bacterium, enzyme producing bacteria and fungi, and microbial synergists in a patented encapsulation process which ensures stable shelf life, guaranteed counts of active spore propagules and allows the reliable delivery of important plant protecting bacteria such as Trichoderma. Each package contains an 84% soluble formulation that can be tank mixed, sprayed or used in irrigation. May be mixed with other fertilizers and amendments such as humic and fulvic acid concentrates or micronutrient blends. Use throughout the growing season starting as soon as the soil temps reach 50 degrees F at 1-2 oz./ 1000 square feet. For in the furrow use 2 lbs./ acre. bokashi with EM-1 effective microbesBokashi fertilizer and soil amendment with EM-1 Effective Microbes with composted biomass serves as a 2-4-2 guaranteed fertilizing value as well as a compost starter and admix. This formulation is based on a Korean and Japanese traditional fermentation method using organic matter such as rice bran with natural molasses which produces strains of beneficial microbes. The product of this fermentation is then dried and packaged with composted manure. Use at 1-2% total soil volume, top dress at 1/3 cup per square foot, or add to mulch covering at 1 lb. per 100 sq. ft. For use as a compost starter mix the Bokashi in raw biomass for static pile mesophyllic method. EM-1 Microbial InoculantDr. Higa's original formulation. Each gallon of EM-1 Effective Microbes contains 1 million colony forming units/ml of Lactobacillus casei. This ready made product contains a solution of water and organic molasses which can be used "as is" in any horticultural application when applied in a dilution of one ounce per gallon of water.
